Took my van in for a recent service. Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff with a heated waiting room and free hot drinks and papers / magazines + TV. The service was exactly as long as quoted as was the price. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and will definitely use their services again!
After my shock absorber exploded and caused a tyre blow out on the M4 during a trip from Worcester to London. We called Moss Vehicle's to inquire if they could aid us. They were great on the phone and very reassuring.
After waiting for hours on the side of the motorway for our insurance provided recovery vehicle, we were dropped off with the car. We walked in to the reception to be greeted with a warm welcome. The reception building was lovely with much needed restrooms and hot beverages.
They made is feel very comfortable and arranged to look at the car that night.
They called us the next morning with a quote which with to the amount of work needed on the car was a very good price indeed. They kept in contact through out the day. We made arrangements to pick up the car the next day, with a contingency encase I couldn't make it before they closed.
Great prices, lovely people and an awesome family run business, I would use them if i didn't live 65 miles away! Thanks again to everyone at Moss Vehicle Maintenance.
Six stars out of five from me. I've been using garages since the sixties and Moss is the best I've dealt with. Simple as that. I've taken different makes of front wheel drive, rear wheel drive and 4WD cars there and nothing fazes them. Dyed-in-the-wool car people providing good work at a fair price.
Took my Volvo here as I was passing and had a fault showing on the dash, they fitted me in straight away, fixed the fault and had me on my way within 10 minutes!!! Turned out it was a loose sensor - I only got charged £5 and must of drink more than that in free tea!! Would definitely recommend!

Engine coolant light came on driving down the M4 saw Moss on Google and detoured right in. Couldn't be more friendly and took a look at the car right away. Ran the tests they needed to. Even got a comfy warm couch to sit on. Although they couldn't fix the problem that afternoon they did offer to get the part in and fix our car ASAP. Unfortunately we had to get home over 100miles away. So Lee (I think) patched us up gave us some water and gave us good safe advice for getting home. We asked how much but they wouldn't have any of it. They really did save us. So kind and friendly. Thank you all so much. We did get home safe and sound.
