Its a good GP, we’ve been referred from Longsight Medical Practice for my 6 years old daughter and she was treated well, the doctor Patel was good, very helpful receptionist, clean and warm waiting area and there is 90 mins free parking. overall very ???? good.
Very rude receptionist this morning, my dad asked for his NHS number and she said go Google it, very inconsiderate what if someone with no access to internet came.
I’m sure the processes was very simple to have a look on their system and just state it.
Another thing, there’s 40 mins wait even after calling at 8:00AM on the dot. They also refused general check up without a cause. The GP really needs to improve, my mother has decided to leave and change GPS and she’s in the process.
The worst GP I have ever seen.

They gave my mother the wrong medication THREE TIMES we had to take her to the A&E. DISGUSTING
Bad services, we book for a telephone appointment on 7/2 they cancel the appointment and they change it with any reason and they didn’t inform us about changing. That worse, and we got medication every month they sent us note about reason whay we didn’t take medication ????????????????
One of the worst customer service seen here, Dr Almas Agha doesn't even has a clue on treating people here in the UK. Will be reporting her to the CQC, NHS and others.
I normally don't like giving bad reviews but the receptionist in this GP really needs to change. You are not dealing with animals and change your tone of voice.
I called to enquire regarding a matter, the receptionist shut this down by stating we are not a GP clinic, while failing to even confirm details that I have stated. The receptionist had an attitude which is definitely not a great representation of the clinic.

There has been a notable improvement in this surgery since I wrote my original review. They now accept telephone calls once again, both for bookings and questions, so the online form is optional. They merged with Longsight surgery recently and seem to have recruited some new reception staff who are much more friendly and helpful. It is still hard to get an appointment, as per most NHS surgeries, but it has improved a lot.
