Hello All,
I am using this clinic since 2010. The service is always good and all the employees are very friendly and at the same time professional. I would highly recomend Morris House Dental Surgery. Since I am with them, (14 years) I have been treated by 3 dentist. I am very satisfied with all their work. Last time I have been seen by Dr Cecilia. I have to say she was very considerate, explaining me all the avenues and costs that were covered during maternity leave. Also, I had some work done, although initially we were looking only at a consultation. She accommodate my needs as I explained her that I am restricted by my LO as I do not have who to look after her.

Not even one star. Spent lots of money on Root canal treatment they told me it lasts longer at least 7 years. Within six months little bit of crown broke I went back the consultant only smoothened the crown and said nothing can be done more and it should be alright it just the corner which broke. Now after that within a year all of it came off while brushing and the consultant has left and they are asking me I will be charged for another consultant or I have to contact previous consultant on my own and there is no guarantee for these kind of treatment. What’s the use of spending so much money if it can cause issue within a year.
I have been using this dentistry for about 8 years now and I can honestly say Dr Indra is a 1st class act, very professional and considerate, as the patient I was put completely at ease from the word go, she has also done a fantastic job which is the most important thing after all. I am planning too have implants in the very near future and was considering going abroad as they are so much cheaper In price, however since I have been treated with so much care and professionalism their is only one place I’ll be going for this treatment, thank you Dr Indra. Dr Indre did my implants. Really really pleased with my smile and I can chew again. Very professional and with many years of experience she definitely knows well her field.

Do not apply to this dentist I had misaligned teeth when I was a kid I was having check ups here the doctor never transferred me to get braces to orthodontist now I went to a 2 orthodontist to get consultation and check up they tell me I need braces and told me why my d Turkish doctor in morris surgery (here) not assign me to a braces when I was young now because of his fault I’m going to have to pay money to get it done because I’m over 18 years old tottally unprofessional I called the surgery they have Removed me from nhs list because I have not been attending regularly which I don’t care about to be honest what I care about me is why the doctor didn’t take my teeth seriously when I was a kid and not assigned me a braces so now I have to pay 3000 pounds well done doctor!!!!
I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received when I had to bring my 1 year old baby to the dentist practice for a broken tooth. Firstly, I want to highlight the incredible responsiveness of the staff. They managed to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment, which immediately eased my worries. Upon arriving, we were warmly greeted by the friendly staff. The dentist, in particular, was a true gem. She was incredibly kind and patient. I'm immensely thankful for the excellent service, the kind-hearted dentist, and the practice's flexibility in accommodating us at shirt notice. Thank you!!!
I recently had an experience with the dentist practice that I'd like to share. I called the practice to inquire about their policy regarding NHS patients, specifically children around 15 years old. The receptionist assured me that they do accept NHS patients and even scheduled an appointment for my brother at 10:30 AM.
Upon arrival, I confirmed with the receptionist that my brother's visit would be covered under NHS, and she affirmed this. However, when we entered the examination room, the dentist seemed surprised that my brother didn't speak English fluently. He then informed me that they don't usually accept NHS patients but suggested a private appointment instead. After a discussion with the receptionist, the dentist returned, and I explained that she had previously confirmed the NHS appointment. This situation left me feeling confused and frustrated.
Later, the receptionist confirmed that they, in fact, don't usually accept NHS patients, contradicting her earlier statement. I was disappointed because I had specifically asked for this information during the initial phone call.
The dentist's decision not to treat my brother was based on language barriers and some dental issues he had. However, I believe this could have been communicated more respectfully and professionally.
I did have a previous experience where a male dentist caused damage to my gum during a procedure when the lady was unavailable. I didn't provide feedback then, but I believe it's important to share my recent experience.
Overall, I felt humiliated and unwelcome during this visit due to the conflicting information and the manner in which the situation was handled. While I understand that the practice may have its reasons for not accepting NHS patients, better communication and professionalism in such situations would have been appreciated.
Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider being a customer of this practice
Saw me as an emergency patient just half an hour before closing. Instanly felt at ease even though I was in a lot of pain. Very friendly Dentist and staff. Thankyou very much.
