Ordered 2 milkshakes and milkybar cookie bar and the xookie was stale and hard. Block of chocolate was disgusting rung up too tell them it was stale and they told me it’s meant to be that way. Definitely not meant to be stale love
Moos used to be really good, however I'm so frustrated that the last few times I've ordered from them our food has been inedible. I had a gluten free crepe previously and they re done the order twice and both times it's came riddled still with pockets of flour not mixed in properly on the third time I had no choice but to change my option which I still didn't eat because it really was horrible. Giving them the benefit of the doubt we ordered again but this time I went for a normal crepe to reduce the risk of it being messed up except the crepe tonight was solid! I could not eat it, £10+ for a crêpe and they somehow mess it up after taking an age to get it made and delivered. 100% I will not be going back. It becomes awkward when making deserts are supposed to be their speciality and you're having to complain multiple times yet they still mess it up so this time I didn't see it worth while to get it changed.
Normally has a long delivery time but this time the Food took over 2 hours to arrive, they kept changing delivery time. When it finally arrived everything was stone cold. Milkshakes there are normally brilliant but even they were really bad. Milky bar tasted more like coconut than chocolate. Sadly unlikely to order again.
Only good thing is the milkshakes and even so they should put more ingredients in to actually taste the flavouring. Delivery is absolutely ridiculous and have to wait well over and hour/ hour and a half for your order just for it to turn up stone cold and taste chewy and hard like reheated cardboard. Plus the drivers always drive off without giving the ice cream that comes with it, couple of occasions I’ve called the shop to complain or mention missing items and one particular occasion the person on the other end was rude and kept ending it when I was speaking and wasn’t being very helpful. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Rich decadent deserts definately a treat though come hungry as they give you a lot. You may also need a sweet tooth to finish everything they give you

Secondly, people don't praise enough when a business gets customer service right; they made a mistake on our order tonight- pure human error, partly due to my partner's picky order- but that awkward phonecall was dealt with so kindly and professionally we are 100% happy to order again.
They solved the problem for us in such a fair, non judgemental way so thank you Moos!
I've had so many problems with this place recently, and yet another tonight. Last time I ordered they where an hour late and turned up with wrong order. Then tonight I get my sundae and the waffle is burnt and I have about 2 bits of strawberry considering its a strawberry sundae. Phoned up and got told it wasn't burnt and that there seems to be a problem with my orders alot recently like it's my fault. I said well maybe you should all be retrained. I know a burnt waffle when I eat one. Told nothing can be done rudely. Definitely gone down hill last year or so. Very disappointing. Need new staff or present staff to be trained again.
