Sent me the wrong order completely. I ordered strawbreeze desert cookie dough. They sent a aero mint choc cookie dough.
I called to tell them about the mix up and they said it’s right as I misread the menu on just eat. Then they hung up on me. I mean not one strawberry ???? on my cookie dough so they obviously got it wrong. No attempt at sending the right order or offer of a refund.
Very bad customer service.
I am still in shock. I placed an order at 10:49pm. Estimated time was just after 11:30pm. Thought great! Can't wait to have something to eat. Buzzer went off just before 11:05pm. Usually my neighbour needs letting in so I got up to buzz him in. Went to go sit back down and my door knocked. I was then on a ninja route to the front door cause as far as I know, I'm not due any visitors and my food is due in half hour. I open the door and to my surprise it was my food!! I was so certain I'd smoked so much and time was later than it was but no!!! It's piping hot! Cooked all the way through. This is amazing!!! Defo ordering from again!!
I ordered the red velvet cookie dough and it arrived with multiple raspberries covered in mould. absolute health and safety hazard
ordered 2 waffles and a milkshake. only 1 waffle turned up, cold. milkshake had no straw don’t order from here

Chocolate cake was dry.
Delivery driver told me I had to pay an extra £2 for the delivery on top of the £5 standard fee which is an absolute JOKE.
Never ordering from this shambles of a business again. Never again.
Ordered at 10pm. Still nothing and it’s 00:05. Phoned at 23:20, she said the order was all ready and next driver was taking it, 45 minutes ago. can’t wait to receive my freezing waffle and melted sundae???????? do not recommend.
Fantastic dessert delivery service with fresh meals! Ordered off just eat, menu very big variety of desserts and hot meals! We were staying at Piperdam resort and thought delivery was complicated but no problem at all, delivery came very fast! Delivery driver was really friendly and food was hot and fresh! Chicken burgers were amazing and milkshakes are awesome. Definitely order again when we are at Piperdam!
Ordered chips and cheese, cookie dough and an ice blast at 9:30pm and ETA was 10:30. I phoned at 10:45 to see where the food was and was told that it was with a driver and that they were busy. I phoned again at 11 and was told that the food was with a driver and that there were only two of them (but I ordered through JustEat so one of their drivers was going to pick it up?).
The food arrived at 12:15am, the chips and cheese were solid and cold and the cookie dough was tiny for the price. I will not be ordering from here in the future.
