Ordered food for a function and was reassured it would be made fresh for time stated. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Food was cold and samosa pastry was like dry chapati, and stone cold. Kebabs were extremely spicy and cold, pakoras same condition. The customer service has been very poor and promises of hot fresh food,didn't materialise hence won't be ordering again. Very disappointed and let down by the quality of food,and customer service. All the guests complained about the poor quality and extreme spice in the kebabs.

shop was dirty floor mats were like not even clean for last one year and nobody was wearing any PPE in food preparation.

Visited 2nd time today, Had Nehari taste was okay.Despite its January frosty and cold there was no heating at all , we eat in shivering. Bit disappointed to see the hygiene condition. Staff was polite.
No parking on main Startford road .
The chicken tika masa la balty was too delicious and the service was very good. They also have different sweet desserts to delight in. My favorites are gulab jumun. I would go just for them every day.
The food quality Is amazing real home cooked flavours and tastes great customer service and kind and polite staff would recommend to any family and friends excellent Muslim food and delights.
I’m buying breakfast from them since they start the takeaway. I bought channa (chickpeas) and paratha today. Was shocked to see a big stone in channa. Phoned them to complain but was surprised to see the response. His response was KYA HOGYA. Instead of apologising.
