Highly rated. Sidi specifically is a very helpful chap. I had an issue with a prescription and he went out of his way to get my prescriptions sorted which I greatly appreciated. Tbh all the staff that work there are great!
I Needed an emergency prescription I rang 111 and they puy on to moatfield pharmacy, 111 told they wasn't open until Saturday.
I got a call at 1 44 this afternoon 29th March, and had my prescription ready within the Hour, These are not my normal pharmacists, I can express my gratitude and thanks to the Staff.
Worst ever customer service! I saw how an elderly patient was mocked and sent home without his medication. Every time you go, you have to keep reminding them that you’re still waiting for your meds because they just forget about you after a couple of mins.
Very disrespectful and rude to Customers! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Waited 40 min then told did not have my tablets said that would phone but never do now waited over a week ,cant get through on the phone keep getting cut off
This Place needs zero stars. They don’t notify your prescription is ready, when you turn up even when it’s supposed to be ready it never is. They seem incapable of finding your prescription. Regardless of youre the only person You still have to wait for ages. It’s just a mess and seems to have no organisation whatsoever. I have changed my prescriptions to go to Boots which is like a well oiled machine in comparison.
Multiple visits to collect my mother’s medication. At the point at which they couldn’t give me anything at all on the lists of meds or plasters or paracetamol it was time to just give up, however sorry I felt for the staff who are trying to operate in such an appalling business. It’s apparently been ‘between owners’ for about five months.
Waiting 10 minutes the finale seen and was told the medication was there waited a further 20 minutes to be told it is not there
