Following word of mouth - I decided to try this place out the other day, and it shock me. Not in a positive way either. Why on earth does it take 40 minutes to do some simple waffles? Even then, it didn't taste nice at all. I noticed as well a culture of bullying from the older staff to the younger staff, e.g: physical and verbal abuse. How do you expect workers to be happy and enjoy their employment from what I had just witnessed?
I wanted to also use the lavatory - and was disgusted to hear there was no toilets. For customer experience and satisfaction - I have no other option but to give a one star.
My husband's phone got stolen whilst dining here. Staff were most unhelpful and till now have not handed over the CCTV. Will not be going here again. Service in general is very awful!
I visited this cafe recently and was appalled. A woman served me names jadzia with very poor service and was unkind to other coworkers moving them by their arms and ect. I won’t be returning.
Awful place don’t go. Got my phone stolen there as they let people in who they knee steal things and then refused to hand over the cctv footage for the police. Staff are so rude and unhelpful. Would avoid at all costs!
Been back many times. Sadly it used to be such a lovely coffee shop. Now the baristas take ages to make.you a drink. No smile or and if there is a Polish customer, they will take ages juat chatting to them. And u just have to wait.
Love each n every desert it offers. Plus, it's all suitable for vegetarians, so dig in and satisfy your sweet tooth without any reservations.
Very lovely place good service best place to start your day open from 8am amazing coffee and omelet is delusion:)_
Just great place for drinking a coffee and have same food as well.
Place is nice and very clean.
