Took my bike in for a MOT today, Zara (Owner) told me 50 pounds for a check up and MOT to be done on the same day on the phone. When I picked it up, they fitted my mirrors that I gave them in the morning, tidied up my chain with cleaning and lube and ALSO CLEANED THE WHOLE BIKE!!! I was ready to pay 80 pounds for this but at the end he only charged me 45 despite me asking to pay more. Actual decent garage here with plenty of mechanics that do work on scooters and big bikes, cant be more satisfied with what they did 5 STARS WELL DESERVED, WOULD GIVE 6 IF I COULD.
So after taking my bike to diffrent garage and them not being able to fix my bike issue I gave up (bike wouldn't start ) and thought about buying a new bike then a friend friend recommended me to take it to zara at mj after speaking to zara he said leave it with me I will sort it.
Few days later got a phone call saying the bike is done and running as good as new.
Had the bike few weeks now and running perfect.

Amazing little garage that does everything you want it to do, MOT, repairs, you name it, they got it. Best value for money I got in my 4 years of being in the UK driving bikes, will for sure come back for anything I need.
I found an exhaust leak on my VFR1200F a week prior to a euro trip. Nobody else wanted to know and I didn't have the time. They took it on and got it all sorted for me within two days at an almost unbelievably good price. Not only that the owner is incredibly polite and won't patronise you like some others.
Cannot recommend this place enough.
The service provided by this garage is absolutely excellent! I was greeted in reception by Zara who very politely showed me round and gave me a very thorough background of what to expect and the waiting times. I needed a new pair of tires for my CBR600RR and he recommended me a pair of Michelins which are excelent! I was invited to serve myself from the coffee machine which I must highlight does a fantastic coffee. Zara was very kind and stressed that I could have as much as many coffees as I wanted. Yes, I’m a big coffee lover! The technicians that work there are all very polite and friendly and the garage has an absolutely amazing vibe to it.
They have a wide range of Oxford products which is always a bonus should you need anything.
As if my experience wasn’t great enough at the end Zara offered to ask the guys to give the bike a wash free of charge to keep it clean. Nothing was too much trouble for them, my beloved CBR will be back here whenever it next needs something done!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing such amazing service! Top Class. They set the standard on how a garage should operate and are leading by example!
I have found a new home garage which I’m looking forward to using for the years to come.

I had the wireless charger removed as I heard it can interfere with indications and my key fob transponder ignition sequence It was great while I had it. Unfortunately they were not able to re-tap my ignition to spark plug cap properly and the bike came out worse off then when it went in but were happy enough to take my money and say it was something else!
On breaking down they were closing so not able to recover my bike not to far out of Reading prior to this.
But seem decent at bike haulage if you need to take your bike somewhere like another garage
I recommend MJ MOTORCYCLE 100%, my bike was stopped for 1 year due to 1 work accident I had. it was badly treated due to salt, rain and ice. Jean came to my house, did the recovery of the bike, they did a complete overhaul of it and the icing on the "cake" Jean was delivering the bike to me at the door of work, I couldn't believe it when I saw the bike it looked like it had just left from the factory left the bike better than new. And in terms of prices, MJ MOTORCYCLE is super affordable and the work done by the team is 5 stars. It was one of the best services I did on my bike, super attentive to details, always updating the status of the service and always sending photos and videos of the entire process carried out on the bike. Took my Guzzi in for an MOT and battery problem. Zara advised getting rid of the immobiliser which was draining the battery badly. Replaced the battery and fitted a tracker which is much better security. Very fair price. Great advice, great service from the most friendly and helpful guy. I liked the vibe of the place too!
