Brilliant service! Had a puncture caused by a nail. It was almost 5pm but really needed the car for evening. Gave him a call and he agreed to wait for me. It took him only about 10 min to the job. £18, including wheel balancing. Awesome old school service. ????????
Totally recommended, went else where for a tyre and they fitted the wrong one, car was vibrating on motorway, went to Michelle who told me what was wrong with my car, put correct size tyre and my car runs like a dream will deffo be back when I need anything else doing
Popped in today after having a puncture, Mitchells could be a part of an F1 team with the speed they had my tyre swapped! Couldn't recommend this place enough!
Unacceptable behavior! This morning, I visited to have my tire checked due to recurring pressure loss in the past month. After a quick inspection, the attendant recommended a £85 tire replacement. Lacking immediate funds, I requested him to reattach my tire, intending to return in the evening for the replacement. Shockingly, when I inquired later, the attendant responded with profanity and labeled me a time-waster to another customer. I even paid him £10 for his brief service of removing and reattaching the wheel. Extremely disrespectful and thoughtless.
