The food was amazing we had the beef salad,salt and pepper squid,tofu spring rolls and beef pho.
Would have been nice to be offered another drink but apart from that it was lovely. Fresh tasty ingredients I would highly recommend.
We had a lovely experience at Miss Vietnam, a warm welcome and isn't it brilliant to have somewhere different to eat! I've been bemoaning the lack of any real variety, restaurant wise for yonks.
The food was nicely presented, lightly seasoned, fresh and not heavy. With a menu that doesn't take hours to read through. Generally meaning freshly cooked.
I would also say it was good value.
So, great service, great food, with a really nice atmosphere, and easy parking. What's not to like!
We turned up on a Thursday evening at 7.30 and were able to get a table for two but was busy so recommend booking. The food was proper fresh Thai food. The staff were really friendly and attentive. Lovely to have in Biggleswade will definitely be visiting again.
My hopes and prayers have been answered. A new pho place has opened 15 minutes away from me. No longer will I have to drive an absurd distance to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Service was friendly with a smile. Beer selection was limited but was a good opportunity to experience Vietnamese brands.
The mood was just right, music not too loud, people enjoying themselves around me... lighting not too bright, not too dim.
The Brisket Pho was outstanding, the meat was tender and soft, not grisly. Although I prefer the beef broth to be a bit more rich I can understand why some would prefer it to be clear. No problem at all.
For those of you brave enough I suggest requesting the hot chili oil which added another level of heat, perfect for this cold weather.
The spring rolls were served piping hot, crispy on the outside not skimping on the ingredients, I opted for the prawn and chicken filling.
Overall a great choice for a dinner with friends/date or family. I will certainly be back!
Really lovely food, lots of choice for both meat eaters, veggies and vegans. Good drinks selection and fab puddings too. Polite, friendly staff.
Drove 40mins specifically to try this lovely Vietnamese restaurant. It was excellent and with great friendly service. We had the Mixed Beef Phò. Authentically created with fresh ingredients and great broth! Highly recommend!
Awesome place reminded me of my time spent in Ho Chi Minh city. The food is of high quality and true Vietnamese cuisine! Helpful and caring staff too!
Our first visit. Things I liked:
+ 2 course deal is good value (but see below)
+ Food itself was good especially main course stir fry
+ Nice to see proper local craft beers. 4 Tring Brewery options
+ Reasonable ticket times
What I liked less:
- Infuriating online booking system. Booked 11.15, system email told me 10.15, and the place not even open till 11.30. Need to sort this out, probably system glitch with Fork
- 2 course deal does not highlight anything vgn, yet they have to their credit a separate vgn friendly menu. The options need to be clearer on the 2 course deal, unless they are trying to be anti vgn which I'm sure are not. The server who took our order did not overly fill us with confidence to this regard.
- Late check back , to the point it was pointless but there was one tbf
- Spring roll starters not to our liking, what is that plastic looking coating about?
Overall a nice enough place, good (mains) food and beer and with the current 2 course deal worth a go
