Fantastic service they see me figured out what was wrong with me refreshments on & off all-day we had a giggle was so funny & it made our day, the nurses the doctors, & everyone else who looked after us did a fantastic job & it's still making us smile now ???? thanks everybody involved the whole experience made us smile cheers Roger & Beryl Gale

Outstanding service in a superb new centre. Very thorough in ruling things out and explaining what happens next. Free refreshments a lovely suprise too.

Just wish to say thank you to all staff that have treated me over the last 3 days at the maple centre. Staff are so friendly and get to know their patients.

When we visit maple unit we was told that they were waiting for a bed for my partner, then 5 hours later we were told to come back the day after at 8.30 am and she will have her operation. When we returned at 8.30am we was sat there until 18.00pm before my partner was given a bed. Also through all of this my partner was made to fast from 6am. Was not pleased at the lack of communication given to us through this whole experience.

I attended the centre this morning, I don’t usual write reviews but I felt I wanted to share. The staff were so kind, caring and reassuring, I was given tea and biscuits in between tests. It’s a quiet environment and staff work extremely hard to get patients seen as soon as possible. Well done to all the dedicated staff and thank you

The staff & service was absolutely brilliant. Cannot thank them enough for the care & time. Clearly very busy but nothing was too much for them. The nurses, doctors, everyone was a credit to the NHS.

Pleasant experience compared A&E. Had to wait 2 hours before I was seen by a specialist. They did an examination and blood test. Waiting for blood results took about 3 hours but apart from that the Consultants and Nurse were very supportive. Can I take this opportunity to thank Paula Holland, she was very supportive throughout the procedure. Need more empathetic nurses like her who don't make you feel like a burden to NHS. Thank you. Receptionist was also very nice.

This is by far the best experience i ever had with NHS. Absolutely great, staff, environment, cannot thank enough. They took such a great care if me throughout the day.
