Went to the garage after looking at the start rating. Needed a quote as cyclist had scratched the car with his bike. (he was paying after he had a quote). They just verbally quoted me a random figure (I asked if they could put it on some paper) they refused saying just tell the guy it's £500. Quite a rude garage. Went to a garage around the corner who were happy to provide a quote (and £200 cheaper). Needless to say I wont be going to Millwall Motors again

Rude staff! No customer service at all. I called this place this morning, a man answered the phone saying “yes”. I mentioned I’d need to call back to confirm some details and the man hung up the phone without a word. I would be a fool to call back and do business with them, it would be downhill from there.

I have been servicing my car at Millwall Car Repair shop since 1999. They have always been fantastic with excellent customer service. I have never had any issue with the work done on my vehicles down the years.
