Absolutely disgusting service, i don’t have an axe to grind but the owner I think is slightly unhinged,
took the car in 7 weeks ago with a few issues promised several times that he’d call to update, this was after being told at the 11th hour he’d have to postpone me bringing it in,
Then once it was in every week he said he hadn’t had time to look at it ( what’s the point me dropping it off if he hasn’t time )
Sent him a message advising not happy with the service which he said woke him up in the middle of the night !
Anyway the relationship was obviously breaking down at this point, he decided he’d change the LCM, this after being told it’d had been replaced already ( doe ) !!
collected the car several weeks later and absolutely nothing done to the Land Rover as he then said because the relationship had broken down he childishly decided to take the LCM he’d fitted back to the possibly faulty one , I was absolutely prepared to pay for the fitting of the new LCM , decided to phone him when it had all sank in … he became threatening and said I hadn’t had the balls to come down …. had to remind him that the same morning he’d actually handed the keys to me LOL
then he got personal and mentioned my height , and became threatening again,
Gave this guy every opportunity over the seven weeks to just say it’s not his cup of tea but he insisted I persevere ,
Incredibly unprofessional and a bully , wouldn’t recommend .
When for some advice on wheels and they more than happy to help.

My wife had dreaded restricted performance error on our Range Rover whilst driving down the A55. I called Mills 4x4, they were fantastic, happy to look at the car with no notice, scanned and offered advice. Great friendly service. Great company.

On holiday in Anglesey when car developed problem. Tried 3 garages who responded very badly but NOT Mills 4x4 - brilliant service immediate on my arrival in a very friendly yet professional manner. Top man!
Experts at all things 4x4. I would not take my Range Rover anywhere else! I would strongly recommend them.
Broke down on our way back from holiday towing a caravan. ACE pump shattered and drive belt shredded. Could have been a nightmare but fortunately we managed to limp to Mills 4 x4. John and his team got us back on the road within the hour. The customer service, price and expertise were outstanding. Cannot fault these guys. Thanks for your help.
