Lovely little place with warm and friendly staff. Tea, soup, chili, and jacket potatoes were all lovely with many options for vegetarians. Highly recommend a stop here.
Lovely tea room for a light bite or a spot of lunch. Tasty BLT much enjoyed and the poached eggs with salmon very nice too. Also enjoyed some frothy coffee and a pot of tea together with a sumptuous slice of chocolate cake too. Lovely staff, very helpful and polite.
My daughter treated me to Afternoon Tea. The table in the window was set for us . Made us feel really special and food was lovely. Also enjoyed people watching while we ate ????
Lovely cafe, took my mum, great tea, teapot and a real tea cup and good tasting tea. We had toasted tea cakes, staff friendly and good atmosphere we will definitely be going back
Stopped by for a coffeeamd a cake, staff were v friendly, even though they were about to close we werent hurried by them, even a dog biscuit was offered for our mutt. Top marks
We called in for lunch on Friday lunchtime, and it was very busy, but we had 1 and a half hours so we thought that would be fine. They have an exceptional wide menu, and a great choice for vegetarians. However the wait for our order to be taken and for our food was far too long and we ended up having to rush to eat it.
Lovely tea room, visited may 2019 was pleasantly suprised by how warm and cosy it was, the lighting is lovely and staff are pleasant. The prices of the tea room are ok too. The tea was lovely and i had a piece of there delicious chocolate cake too, i will return as the tea room was great. The pics of a piece of there furniture its so nicely decorated inside, bet its great in the winter time.
Loved everything about this little tea shop. Highly recommend it.
