Sent the vehicle for a check with the MOT to follow, they've done the MOT check and failed the vehicle first , then they've done the rectification. Which was the exact opposite to what I told them. That's the whole point of sending a vehicle for a check before the MOT inspection.
My experience with them was quite good. They even let me drop my car a day earlier than the actual appointment. And they worked with my warranty company and got the job done sooner than I expected. Definitely recommended. Great job!
Unreliable and unacceptable customer service!. A pre booked car service, took an unpaid day off work as we don't work local for this to be done, handed car in first thing, phoned early, early afternoon to query collection time to be told they were starting on the service next, got there after 4.30 because still hadn't heard anything re collection to be informed they haven't done service as short staffed/ too busy/encountering problems. Situations and circumstances change through the course of a day we accept but we can only surmise they knew they would struggle to do the job. It would have been helpful and quite honestly the right thing to do to have been informed of the situation in the morning or someone to have phoned us at any point in the day to communicate what was happening, not to wait until the end of the day when they knew I would be coming to pick it up and expecting the service to have been done. My only option was to rebook if I wanted to...nope!. Are they now going to reimburse us for a day off work we didn't need to take! No!. Really unhappy....EX! customer's. Based on our experience can only advise to avoid if you want a 100% guaranteed service on the day you take your car in. Improved communication with customers is needed.
Excellent garage customer service absolutely outstanding they even dropped my car off at my house after it had its MOT. Very impressed will definitely use again when my car needs a service.
Noticed brake fluid leaking onto the mat in the Car late Friday night. I phoned my garage I usually take it to first thing Monday morning but they couldn’t fit me in .
Phoned Mildens garage explained the situation and the polite lady told me to bring the car in and they’ll see what they could do. Dropped the car in , got a phone call later that day that it was the brake master cylinder and told me how much it would cost and the part was ordered then. Phoned Tuesday afternoon saying the car was done . Very happy With the customer care and the price.
Was let down as I had booked a service in before my holiday and house move . Came to collect in the evening to be told they hadn't got around to it and they apologised but that didn't help me .
Had my MOT and annual service here recently. They kept me informed during the day and everything was done by late afternoon. The also fixed a couple of issues I wasn't aware of before. Fair price too. Good experience overall.
I have had my mercedes serviced here for the first time, and I can say that I had a very good service, good value for money and I will certainly be taking it back for servicing and any other mechanical needs that might arise. Even though you have to wait for the service to be carried out, you can watch tv and also have a complimentary coffee/tea/cold drink and biscuit. I found Michelle in reception very friendly and helpful. Thank you
