My experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing. The food was not served at the same time, which is unacceptable for any establishment. Additionally, the staff were playing random music and creating a disruptive atmosphere with unnecessary karaoke. This behavior is unprofessional and detracts from the dining experience.
The truffle pasta I ordered was subpar, lacking the distinct flavor one would expect from such a dish. It was easily the worst truffle pasta I’ve encountered.
It’s no surprise this place is so quiet. Significant improvements are needed in both service and food quality to retain customers.
I don't know if I would recommend it. We chose to go to this pizzeria on our wedding anniversary to celebrate, but our experience wasn't the best. They have 3 establishments next to each other. We stopped to look at the menu at the biggest one (Milano pizzeria) which was having live music, then a "friendly" waiter came to invite us to sit down and ask where we were from. When I told him I was from Brazil, he said: "Despacito." We smiled, thanked him for the invitation and said we would go for a walk. We walked about 10 steps and decided it was better to eat right away before the restaurant got more crowded, but we decided to sit at the Milano café, which is smaller and more intimate for that moment. As soon as we sat down and placed our orders, the "friendly" waiter left Milano Pizzaria and came to our table with an ironic face calling us "despacito" to say that it was the same restaurant he was at, gave the message and left before we even said that we already knew this information, that it was our choice to sit there and that "despacito" is not a Brazilian word but in Spanish! Well, that wouldn't be a reason for review if the rest had been good. We ordered 2 identical pizzas, one for each of us. One of the pizzas took more than 20 minutes and the other almost 1 hour! I don't know why it takes so long, especially between one pizza and another. When we ordered the restaurant was not that full. When the first pizza arrived, we remembered that we had ordered 2 identical pizzas and the waiter who was serving us said he was coming. After 10 minutes we asked about our second pizza and the answer was the same: It's coming! Meanwhile, we saw several pizzas going to other tables and we didn't understand why our second pizza was taking so long, it was 2 identical pizzas! After 1 hour of ordering, a few reminders while waiting for the second pizza to arrive. The pizzas had 4 cheeses, but the most common cheese was mozzarella. I barely tasted the Gorgonzola and provolone (they are cheeses with strong flavors), I think they saved on these cheeses because they are more expensive. Speaking of price, it would be fair if they put the cheeses proportionally promised. For the amount we spent we could have eaten much better and with better service. I didn't like the experience!

Pasta was fantastic, but the pork ribs were a bit disappointing. Long waiting time for the food as well (about 20mins).
The overall atmosphere is great if you go as a group, there is a live singer as well. However it feels extremely touristy (I mean we are in Phuket).
Would come back for the pasta but not the pork ribs.

Но некоторое время назад заведение сильно расширилось, при этом качество блюд, алкоголя и сервиса очень сильно упало. Выросло время ожидания пиццы. Мы замечали это раз за разом на протяжении последнего месяца. Раньше я всегда пил тут эталонный Aperol Spritz, но уже несколько месяцев вместо него подают фальшивку из каких-то дешёвых заменителей. Безумно вкусная лазанья перестала быть вкусной и сегодня я впервые не стал ее доедать. Сервис - катастрофа, официанты делая вид, что принимают заказ, на самом деле упускают часть блюд. Не помогает даже повторить несколько раз. Вишенкой на торте - сегодня нам принесли чужой чек в добавок к нашему чеку. Давно не видел тут хозяина заведения, если вы это читаете - вам надо спасать ваш бизнес!
I saw some recent negative reviews and thought I’d throw my perspective in.
We ordered the bruschetta, pizza frutti di mare, pizza Diavola, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese, the Italian red wine (glass) and frozen margarita and all were excellent.
The waiting staff were very friendly, it was a nice atmosphere and the food could easily be served in Italy. The prices were very reasonable too as we pay the same for good pizza where we live in Chiang mai.
The only negative is I had to ask for Parmesan cheese.
I have Italian family and this food passes the test. If you are looking for NYC style pizza then this is not the place.

Никому не рекомендую!
1. Принесли карбонару в которой соуса было больше чем спагетти, попросил добавить спагетти, добавили. Стало приемлемо. За соседний стол гостям принесли спагетти, из там было предостаточно, больше, чем мне принесли во второй раз.
2. Кальцоне - сыр просто пластиковый, невозможно было есть. Ветчины и Грибов практически не был.
3. Попросили счет - несли 10 минут…
Если не хотите испортить себе впечатление от вечера на отдыхе, настоятельно не рекомендую!

Coconut curry was great pizza left something to be desired (mainly heat it was supposed to spicy). Great location right on the beach at least!
