passing by and went in around midday to retorque my wheels as Halfords took them off for an inspection weeks prior and now they're wobbly at motorway speeds. turns out my lugnuts are all very loose and got it done in no time and free of charges. amazing service, fast and reliable.
They replaced my alternator with a new one the same day, and stayed open late for me to be able to get there when I was delayed in traffic. Would definitely recommend.
Whoever works for this company and drives the fiat 500 SP60 VPK in such an aggressive manner needs to take a look in the mirror and ask if they would be comfortable with someone behaving like that with their daughter on the road. Attempting to speed (sadly not able to) thinks he’s driving a Ferrari and obviously through frustration that a lady is in a nicer and much faster car needs to take a check of your aggressive behaviour on the road. Threatening towards woman and an embarrassment to your company. The video footage has been forwarded to the police.

Fantastic service - workshops were super clean and tidy, Formula 1 standard. The waiting area itself was beautifully clean and hygienic. Staff have wonderful customer service skills - super friendly and wonderfully efficient. been in wales for a few years now and this is hands down the best garage in the area ( we found out the hard way ). well done lads for setting the standards. I read all reviews on here and saw the few 1 star reviews that were obviously a smear campaigns done rather badly from other garages / users. you always get grumps tapping away on their computer from distance using reviews systems like weapons to defamate the competition...
Fantastic service! Master clutch cylinder needed fixing as a matter of urgency on my Luton box van.
It was sorted quickly and Mike and his team are honest and professional.
Collette at the reception desk was great, keeping me updated on the vans progress.
Will definitely be using Mike's garage in the future.
