SCAM !!! Very disappointed of them. I been booking the car for a gearbox oil change and a diagnostic check. I recive the invoice of £360 from them ( with no proof of filter recipe or oil )
After a week I need to change a cooler pipe from gearbox and my mechanic telling me I need to change the oil gearbox because is look old and muddy.
When I come back to them to ask about the gearbox they try to lying telling me the oil it might be mix.
Very Disappointed !! I have recorded them lying into my face !
Unprofessional, be careful and check you car always when you got to them or avoid them !
To come with a edit on your respond, there is nothing I can do in a week to the car to be affected that way, definitely it hasn't been change as you can't proof the recipe for filter and oil.
I only suggest to all your potential and existing customers to check the job after they pick the car from you .
My car developed a problem with the automatic transmission, Gavin found the fault, but unable to source the parts, duly manufactured the hydraulic pipes from scratch so that I could have the car back the same day. Called in on the off chance in the hope of having the automatic transmission fluid level checked and the chap checked it and put my mind at ease, because the garage who just serviced the vehicle( large well known chain)don’t do anything with automatic transmissions. I will definitely use them again. The chap was pleasant and helpful.
Had a dual mass flywheel problem the boys at Mike Tuckers did the job within 24 hours there was other problems & the lads also fixed them to for me life savers especially having dogs! ????????????????

First class gentleman to deal with. Reconditioned my BMW gearbox in 3 days now runs like new what Mike does not know about gearboxes is not worth knowing highly recommended.
The car went in with a suspected Gearbox issue. It was diagnosed with a Transfer Box failure after they looked at it. Gavin and Luke were great. Sorted the car out and it was back on the road within 4 days. So grateful to the guys and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Gav.
