We were on a day trip from London to do a circular walk in Shoreham, and wanted a fish and chip supper. After reading the reviews on local chip shops, we decided on Middletons and were not let down - best chips we've had in a long time - crispy outside and soft inside. I had a sausage in batter, and my son had a pie with the chips. Lovely meal, crispy batter which was not greasy. Can't wait to come back again and enjoy a perfect meal after a long day's walking. Would highly recommend.
One of the best pieces of Rock I've ever had! Lovely crisp batter and chips too. Not the cheapest around, but well worth it.
The high rating is well deserved. Great pricing, good food and really friendly service. It is one of the best chippies between Brighton and Shoreham and I have to admit to trying quite a lot of them! Will definitely visit again.
What an amazing chip shop. Absolutely immaculate inside, prices are very reasonable and service excellent. Our meals were fabulous not greasy and cooked perfectly. We will be visiting again. Thank you for the lovely food
Very good takeaway, fish, and chips. Clean, smart, and very tasty food. Outside seating if you can't wait till you get home to eat. It Gets very busy on sunny days.
Always such good fish and chips. Have eaten from here at least 20 times and never disappoints. Also it is always spotless inside.
Just ordered a takeaway Haddock and chips. A really crisp delicious batter. Large portions that exceeded expectations. Thanks for a delicious supper
No you know when things happen for a reason ☺️ ? We actually wanted the Chinese a couple doors down but they said a 70min wait.....so we went nah go to the chippy.......omg this is the best fish and chips we have ever tasted !
We live a couple over towns over in Littlehampton and we thought we had the best chippys ...we are so wrong!
They offer set meals i.e chips, sausage, fish cake and fish goujon for 7.70.....we normally pay 7.70 for just fish. The fish goujon was really thick
These set meals are just the perfect combo for two adults to share , unless you have a large appetite
We looked at the food tray after eating...not a spec of grease anywhere
We have already planned, next Saturday we will take to 30min drive to come here
Visited on a Saturday, not to long a wait
