A fabulous fish and chips shop with all the traditions, just how it should be.
The food is amazing, my favourite is the fresh fish also served at the highest level.
The staff are friendly and approachable and always smiling, nothing is ever to much. Keep up the great service.
This place is amazing. Order here if you want to be a mug. £11.45 for cod… I thought they sent me a battered sausage it was so skinny. Chips were over salty. I’m not sure if they employ staff to mug you off as a job. Good luck ???? Giving 1 star is over rated. Try find a skinnier cod for £11.45 in England, I guess it’s an achievement still
I cannot recommend this fish and chips shop enough! I visited on Saturday night and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The pretty Greek/Cypriot lady was incredibly attentive and made sure my order was perfect.
The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The chips were just the right amount of crispy and seasoned perfectly.
Not only was the food delicious, but the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were more than fair for the quality you receive. I left feeling satisfied and already planning my next visit.
Would defo recommend to anyone who is local or in the area!!

Usually, I dove into their classic fish and chips, with a the that lovely steak and kidney pie. Let me tell you, it's like a taste of love.
The fish, always fresh and flaky, wrapped in a golden, crispy batter that just oozes with flavour. And that pie! soul-warming, tender steak and kidney in a buttery pastry, perfect remedy for any chilly day in London.
Weekends I'll grab "THE" quarter pounder and chips meal.
Burger always juicy, charred to perfection, Chips of kings! Crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, standard it supposed to be, but rare to find a chippy with these chips.
Mick's Fish Bar is also apart of the community, with really nice and friendly staff who've been serving up smiles and succulent meals for over 40 years.
The place is always spotless. and you feel right at home from the moment you walk in, with the family vibes of the pace.

Food is always fresh and delicious, staff are so friendly and always have a smile on their face when serving. Don't hesitate to try you will not be disappointed ????
We ordered from Micks fish bar off ubereats for delivery. The fish was large and the chips were a good portion. This is our second time ordering and the chicken wings were still the highlight. The fried chip was not bad too but breast a little dry. Cod bites were essentially mini fish pieces. Overall a good lunch!
