This is an absolutely fantastic addition to the neighbourhood. Every dish we ate was delicious. The spinach and feta rolls were so delicate, as was the calamari. Really tasty chicken shish, and the house red wine was good value, and very nice. Will be back! Encouragingly, we visited on a Saturday night, and every table was full.
Mezemama is our regular go-to. Large selection of meze all prepared on site, fresh and delicious. Grilled chicken or lamb is also optional and very tasty.
Mezemama is a fantastic place to eat in Honor oak. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I tried a few dishes for lunch. I loved all of all them but the courgettes and the hummus was amazing! The service was very good too. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to experience delicious Turkish food in a warm and friendly atmosphere!
We celebrated #internationalwomansday Everything was utterly delicious - the hummus was so creamy. Lamb Shish - Marinated in rosemary, thyme.Great food (lamb shish especially good) lovely wine and amazing service.

Visited for the first time and although service was initially warm I think our waitress then left and we were sitting in an empty half of a restaurant with no check backs and empty glasses for the entirety of our meal. It was also freezing cold with the front door open on a cold evening, we did asked for it closed…
Food was good - especially the dips - and a good selection of non alcoholic drinks. There could be more veggie meze options that aren’t fried. Some people have mentioned portions being small but we found them to be very generous and more than enough between 3 to share each meze. We would revisit but would make sure to be sat in the left side of the restaurant rather than separately.
Amazing food and service. The hummus is the best I’ve ever tasted! The generous portions are 5 star and the friendly relaxed atmosphere is the best.
My new local fave! Food is gorgeous every time, especially the Tzatziki! Good veggie options. Great to pop in even just for a catch up with a friend over some cocktails. Would definitely recommend the gin basil drink.
Mezemama has Lovely decor, friendly staff & great service.
Had to wait abit of time for food even though not overly busy inside.... However food was so tasty, well portioned and well presented one of the best meals out we've had in such a long time so worth it.
Alcoholic Drinks/ cocktails abit over priced (But all restaurants in the area charge over price sadly including the pubs so wasnt a suprise)
Still a really good experience and pleased that my family picked this restaurant to meet.
We highly reccomend locals try out Mezemama for the tasy range of food, great service and dining out experience.
We will return for another special occasion in the future.
