Lately there's always one item from my monthly Prescription which is out of stock means we have to go back another day, plus we ring a couple of hours before hand to let them know we are coming and it hardly ever ready.
Even when extremely busy the staff and pharmacist are always ready with a welcoming smile always polite. They are very happy to help with most questions and overall do a wonderfully job
Their service is zero irresponsible staff.
Last night the doctor sent me to them with a high blood pressure problem.
Here is the message the doctor sent me:
Dear Miss Sa…,
Your BP is too high and we would like you to have a BP monitor for 24 hours. Please go to Metwest pharmacy next to the surgery, show them this text message and they will arrange to check your BP for you and fit you with a 24 hour BP monitor if appropriate. This is important to check you need no treatment or further treatment for your BP.

I showed the lady in this pharmacy , on which she wrote my phone number on a piece of paper, she said that she would call me for an appointment.
They haven't called since.
I ask, if I have a stroke in my sleep at night, whose responsibility is it?
Will this nice lady take responsibility?
For this lady As a person working in a pharmacy, she must to know that fluctuating blood pressure is more dangerous than constantly high blood pressure!
The doctor sent me there to put a 24-hour monitor on me, not to give me a phone number that is already in their system!
It's disgusting that they don't do their job properly, because a phone number that she scribbles on a piece of paper, after half an hour she doesn't even know who it belongs to or what she has it for.
If I could give no stars I would , husband sat waiting for 40 mins for a collection ! No one called his name ! This has happened twice now!! The lady who has her cardi over her shoulders is so rude . No compassion and just rude !!
Staff were friendly (Anita) but they all are. Shop was busy as people are now seeing Pharmacist as you will never get to see a GP next door. Waited for approx 5 minutes to get my prescriptions but hey, it was raining outside. Been using them for years.
I'm not sure if it's just me, but there is something with this pharmacy that isn't working the way it should.
Regardless if I've requested a repeat over the phone or in person, when I had to pick up my meds, every time in the last 3 months I had to return back home empty handed as something had happened - delivery not made as someone forgot to pick up the order, or medication not in store when it definitely was, medication couldn't be located in store as someone placed it where it shouldn't, lack of communication from GP or other external services, etc
Tired entirely of the competency of staff working in this place.
Can’t rate them on service as I don’t get my prescriptions from them, but 5 stars for their pharmacist Ray, who was the only person who would see me when I had strep throat and felt awful, having been trying for almost a week to see a Dr and getting no where, he saw me within minutes of arriving and prescribed me antibiotics and had them ready very quickly, really appreciated his care.
Buhan is the best pharmasist he has helped me and my family so much gone above and beyond when he didnt have to so I thank you so much ❤
