I have used MerseyBank Pharmacy for 20 years. They Staff and delivery drivers are professional, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. The Pharmacist always does my prescription on time every month. They deliver my medication and it’s always on time to. If I ever have any questions or queries about anything they are always happy to help me. After all these years I'm still getting the same great service I've always had and I'm very happy. I highly recommend them!
Went to this pharmacy recently to get some advice on what I can use to help with an ear infection as my GP couldn’t offer an appointment for two weeks. Based on the positive reviews, I was hoping for a professional and empathetic service, considering that my GP had failed me. I was served by a young male, who seemed nice at first, but after checking with another member of staff simply said ’if it’s an infection, we can’t recommend anything and you need to see a doctor’ (as if I didn’t try to do it already). A quick Google search shows that there are some over-the-counter drops or sprays that he could recommend while I trying to get through to see a GP, however, he chose not to. He didn’t even ask if I need any painkillers, which shows lack of interest in a suffering customer. If you hope to get some advice on your medical problem - this is not the place.
This is by far the best pharmacy in the area. Super helpful staff always friendly and smiley and a real community feel. A really efficient service and you’re never kept waiting long. I will always travel to come to this pharmacy, highly recommend

I can’t compliment this pharmacy enough, the pharmacist gave me some excellent medical advice and the staff are very professional and attentive when serving you. They are also quick to respond. Very rarely do you find a pharmacy that will respond to emergencies on bank holidays so thank you!
