I have been using this garage since it opened, passing them many cars for Servicing, MOTs, Tyres etc. Brilliant service received, friendly and really trustworthy.
Staff don't seem to want to do anything but the minimum work, I took mine in to check an oil leak, they didn't want to fix it and it's got worse since I took it there. They're friendly enough, but I'm not sure I'd go again.
Just had my car service and mot at Mercian Motors. I had also asked them to replace the front disks and pads having previously been told it would be required at this time. Sean introduced himself yesterday when I enquired and he was my mechanic today. Sean is very pleasant and has excellent Customer Service skills. He called me as promised when my car was ready. I was quoted a very competitive price and this was met. Sean showed me the disks that had corroded and I was shocked. The paperwork given to me is well presented. I will definitely be using their services in future and would highly recommend. Definitely a garage that I feel is trustworthy and they treat customers fairly, providing a great service.
