Excellent establishment. Well run community pub with a warm welcome to all. Entertainment is always spot on and the banter is great. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the town as the punters are always accepting and make you feel welcome. As a newcomer to the town I speak from experience. 5 stars all round ✨️
If you want to feel at home away from home here is the place to be. Whatever time of the day you go it’s always great. Friendly staff and always treated like a regular even if it’s your first time there. Great for sport, great craic at the weekend with live music. Great gin collection ????????

Great bar with good beers, very friendly and welcoming. The barmaid was a diamond.
I only popped in for a pint of Tennant’s, but The Mercat was lively with a real buzz. I was served promptly and with a smile. Nice place, highly recommended!
Best bar none. Top staff, brilliant atmosphere, beautiful toilets, place clean as a whistle. Live music every weekend, all sports shown live on big screens ????
One of the best pubs in this side of the country, nevermind Haddington. Really warm and friendly staff and always a good laugh for everyone there. Drinks are quality too, with live sport and atmosphere - not much else you can ask from a pub.
