My honest opinion I can say that this pharmacist is very knowledgeable helpful and very polite. I have been going there for a while now and I will continue to do so.
Extremely unprofessional and slow service, rude staff don’t even give you eye contact when speaking, they treat you as if you are bothering them. Phone line constantly engaged so they cannot pick up to ask questions or confirm a prescription has arrived. You guys are an NHS service, not a general store, so you guys should up your game and act like the service you are meant to be. They don’t accept their mistake but instead pin point at the patients. WORST PHARMACY EVER DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!
Worst pharmacy ever! This was my nominated pharmacy, they make you wait so long for your medication. Even when you call them and they tell you it's ready, you're still having to wait 20+ minutes. Me and my family usually get our medication delivered, however due to Khalida giving other family members medication to a different household on collection when she was not supposed to, they refused to deliver to my address. They don't take accountability for THEIR OWN mistake! Your medication is not kept confidential as if you're relatives go to them as well they'll just give your whole generations medication to them so they don't have to deliver. I also called for my medication and was told by Khalida that it was going to be delivered, she lied as I had to chase it up again and then she says how they can't deliver to my address anymore. She knew I didn't have any medication and didn't even have the initiative to call and update me. Do not recommend!!
This is just a shop. Unfortunately prioritise non white service users but Arabic languages fine like Punjabi or Urdhu.
Really appreciating how the staff members stayed back well after their closing hour and took the time out to sincerely listen and serve.

This place is so slowwww. They take forever to give you your prescriptions, I've often been waiting by the counter for 15 minutes. They also commonly get the prescription wrong or lose it. Just go somewhere else
This pharmacy will serve you your medicine but expect a fifteen minute wait every time. It's over-subscribed.
