The service was so slow it was painful. 20 mins I waited for a coffee when there was only one other table in the place. Never been here before. Would not recommend. Should have guessed when it was so quite that it was awful. Coffee wasn't great, very overpriced. I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money coming here.
Absolute shocker of an experience waited 40 minutes for a toasted tea cake and bacon sandwiches. Food was really expensive, and really really basic. For that price would expect much better food. Only plus was 40 min wait gave enough time for coffee to cool down enough to drink as it was scorching hot. We decided to leave and got a refund on the food. Staff were very rude and hid around the back. Got defensive when ask where food was. Do not recommend at all. Only had one highchair, there were three children in there needing highchairs.
Best place for a cup of tea or coffee with the most amazing paninis and carrot cake. Lovely environment with incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Ham and tomato sandwich £6 bread was stale and the ham was processed waffle thin, must have cost at least .99p for a pack of 20 disgusting food and terrible service 4 had hot meals I waited 30 mins for the sandwich they had finished by then DO NOT EAT THERE you will get ripped off
Wafer thin cheap processed ham and cheese in cheap sliced bread. Awful and overpriced. The tea was actually OK.
Lovely atmosphere, nice cheese toastie and cup of tea. Would definitely come back. Dog friendly and service was a little bit of a wait, but understandable due to the amount of customers there with me. I think this is what people do not realise, if there are already orderes in front of yours, you’re going to have to wait a little ????. Very good experience, will come back.
We ordered our food and had to wait ages for it to come out. We had not ordered hot food but cream teas. We were disappointed as the scone were shop bought and not had me made. It was expensive for what we had.
Oh dear .... Where do I start ? The two girls at the desk were virtually monosyllabic and couldn't raise a smile between them. The place was cold during our long wait and the wall by my chair was stained with spilt drink.The cheese burger had grated, unmelted cheese in it, there was no choice of roll with the soup, so I had a cheap, ready sliced white roll. To describe the experience as mediocre would be far too flattering !
