I found they were so quick to hang up on phone conversations and I have been going for good few years for MOT/services ..However I have received very poor service which is a shame as I have always kept my trust in them and I have been let down. We 4/5 members of our family using their services too but now we will no longer be trusting the garage. Disappointed.

Great customer service, been coming here for years for my MOT and any quick fixes I've need doing to my vehicle.
The staff are very nice and they explain everything before continuing with the service. They provide great work and get your service done quickly and to the best quality.
Honest. Trustworthy. Reasonable. They diagnosed issue with my bmw, cleared the message and told me the issue wasn't a serious issue. Suggested I should call bmw about related recalls, which would result in a repair for free.

Best Garage and MOT test centre in the Shire ????These boys work on customers cars like they're working on their own! Excellent value, honest and humble service and of course a lovely cup of coffee. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. Used them for all our cars since passing my driving test (many moons ago ????) and when due to unforseen circumstances we've had to go elsewhere, regrettably it's never the same level of honesty, standard of workmanship or service and always a bad choice compared to these lads...Stick to what you know....Keep it up Melton Auto Centre, always my number 1 choice????????️
Very straight forward, honest and friendly people. Get Quality job done as promised and on time. Reasonable charges. No waiting, seating or vending machine facility available. However Morrison daily, Subway is right opposite.
Went there to have the MOT done on my mum's car today. The staff there are efficient and very friendly. I don't even know them and they offered me a hot drink whilst I was waiting. A+++++++ for service, I will definitely use them again.
