Excellent cafe. I got the breakfast and everything was cooked perfect and good quality. The foods not cheap but it was definitely better than your average breakfast place. They give u a pot of tea instead of a cup which I think everywhere should do. I'd definitely recommend trying this place out if you're passing.
Thank you to Cafe Melo for providing an amazing buffet for our 50th anniversary Social Event in Kessington Hall, just across the road! The selection of food provided was superb and nothing was too much bother. Highly recommend the food and coffee from Melo - and it is always better to support a local business.

A comfortable spacious coffee bar, it's hidden secret is a wonderful selection of very tadty food from a.m. till early evening. Easy wheelchair access and located at a bus stop.
Visited here as had read good reviews, but disappointed. It was not very busy but a few tables taken outside, we opted to sit inside. Service was quite slow, but we were happy as sitting chatting and waiting for a friend. We ordered breakfast roll with Stornaway black pudding/potato scone and sourdough toast with avocado. I was looking forward to my avocado toasted sourdough - but what arrived was 2 slice of standard brown bread with avocado on one side. As we had waited a while and I was hungry I ate it. Plain and simple - not what I would have ordered if I had seen beforehand. My mum enjoyed her breakfast roll and tea, as I had not finished my toast (soggy) I ordered a toasted scone which was nice and came with butter & jam. The coffee was nice albeit first one was a warm but not hot. I am afraid I won’t be returning any time soon.

Nice cafe. Good coffee. And plenty of room between tables. Not squashed up like many other cafes.
Got a Aberdeen Angus burger meal from here and it was absolutely amazing, the best one iv had , super tasty and a generous portion
