Rude staff. Just been and the prescriptions went to the wrong pharmacy by the gp. Was asked to call them and I asked if she had them in stock. Just scoffed at me infringing other patients. Had to walk away from that.
Shocking attitude from a guy that I think is the manager, just plain rude. There is a massive disconnect between the pharmacy and surgery, blaming each other for duty of care failures. Just looking to see how to raise this higher. Suggestion..get the prescription from the surgery and take it somewhere else.
Every time I've used this chemist there's been an issue.. only have half or some Or can't even find your prescription . Not organised
My family and I have been using Medicine Chest since 2018 when we registered at the Humberstone Medical Centre next door. Staff have been unfailingly helpful and polite, and gone the extra mile when things have gone wrong in the system. Thank you very much for all that you are doing!
I never leave reviews, this is how frustrated I am. back in 2015 I had travel vaccinations costing hundreds of pounds at this pharmacy, to have recently found out that they have failed to inform my GP of these vaccinations which means nothing is held on my record, after speaking to a very rude lady on the phone who spoke over me constantly I was then told there is now nothing they can do, they do not have these records any more, this has resulted in me not knowing what I had, doubling up on unnecessary vaccinations, once again costing hundreds of pounds, I was given no solution or help, as people can appreciate in the current climate we don't all have this type of money laying around.
You guys are great, unfortunately have to move to Lloyds direct for the convenience of online ordering. Also Humberstone Medical Center is making repeat prescription request process a hassle! As if they are giving it free of charge. the reception staff aren’t very helpful. If you have an online service that would be very much helpful.

My son and his dad came here to get the flu jab done and she refuse to give it them, its totally racism
