Absolutely amazing food - such vibrant flavours and the meat dishes were very tender. The injera bread was perfect. Slightly different than others I’ve had but really really good.
Great portion size - arrive hungry!!
Restaurant was a bit empty but that’s not a major issue, and all the staff were lovely. Just needs more people to know about this local gem! Will definitely go again
Loved every moment of dinner at Meadi. Warm, welcoming servers, fun environment, comfortable seating, and naturally the food was magnificent. Ethiopian beers were also the perfect pairing with injera and stew toppings. I will definitely be going back to Meadi and recommending to friends.
Food was delicious and very filling. Hospitality was second to none and the staff were extremely friendly. The place was also super clean and lovely.
Highly recommend!
Great authentic food which is freshly prepared, warm and welcoming service and a big fan of the ambiance. Love the fact that the food served is halal, which can be difficult to find when looking for Ethiopean/ Eritrean restaurants. The best point about Meadi is the service, in which the team treat you like a personal guest. Definitely looking forward to making this a regular addition to my restaurant rotation.
Restaurant was closed with no explanation...yet open according to Google and their opening hours. They also have a sign about a closure from December 2023...
Exceptional service , FOOD , decor and hospitality. We ordered 2 vegetarian platters with Zighni, Kitfo and a salad . Everything was delicious - especially the teff injera.
Ariam also prepared a special dessert for the birthday girl ( blueberry mousse - WOW)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food was incredible and so full of flavour. The staff were kind and attentive. Definitely worth a visit! It is a bit pricey but as it’s an independent business I really felt it was fair.
We a had lovely evening at Meadi, the food was good, the decor was cute , the icing on the cake for me was that they have teff injera which is amazing as I'm gluten intolerant. The staff were nice and attentive.
