Mark and Faye are always there when you need advice. The care and service is excellent. They have looked after my cars since they very first opened after I was rescued from the car park close by with a flat battery.Mark is what I refer to as, a proper mechanic. No job is to big or small. I always recommend MDR to my friends and anyone looking for a totally reliable service. I will be going there for as long as I have a car.
As a woman , Mark deals with all my anxieties and lack of mechanical knowledge in such a nice way. Always happy to help. I feel totally confident that he does only what work is necessary and I can totally recommend him.

DPF warning light issue. MDR identified fault as requiring a new DPF sensor. (£225). DPF Warning light reappeared driving home. Returned a couple of weeks later to MDR. No testing/inspection adavised to get a DPF clean. Mobile mechanic identied tubing cracked (broke apart on removal) (£180). Problem should have originally been identified using "live" data information pre or following DPF sensor replacment and also at second visit to MDR with the recurrent DPF warning light issue.
Car needed a new clutch and Mark was able to sort it quickly and at a competitive price. Friendly and helpful.

I can't thank Mark and his team enough for their diagnostic abilities and honesty. Two separate garages had diagnosed a very expensive problem on my car but I felt I needed another opinion as I wasn't happy with what they were saying. Our car began to smell of burning and we noticed smoke coming into the cabin.
We called up MDR to book it in for a check over and they were extremely accommodating, fitting us in the next morning.
We dropped the car off and went over the symptoms and left the car with them. We got a call later that day explaining what they thought has happened and said they had checked as much as they could without taking a load of bits apart, and noted that if it happens again, to bring it back in. They didn't even charge us for their service.
It is wonderful to have the reassurance that the car is running fine (we have taken it for a number of longer journies since and the symptoms are no longer present, confirming their theory), but even more so to have found such a wonderful garage to support us.
