The turbo we sold to them was in nearly new condition, they swapped the turbo`s hot part and balancer shaft. Claimed for a refund.
PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
Took my wifes car for a coolant replacement, mahmood said he has sorted it out with confidence. However he had just covered it up with a filler and charged us £80 for this job. Unbelievable experience i had to later replace the coolant at a garage elsewhere because it was still leaking. The man charged me £20 for a brand new coolant and £50 labour for the same job which cost me £70. These people are conartists - thieves. Don't bother an absolute time waste!
Had my car for 8 weeks, when we got it back (unrepaired) it was filthy and there were what appeared to be dog footprints on the back seats.
I brought my car to MCS Garage with notes from AA. Mamood told me to leave it with him it will get sorted out after a week of waiting to hear from him, I had to ring him he said he was waiting for the part, after 2 weeks waiting I asked him for the name of the part so I could help ring around, he said he would send me the details once he gets back to the garage he never did. I rang back few days later, Mamood said it will be ready at the end of the week, the end of the week came I rang the garage, I was told Mamood as gone on holiday for a week. My car is still outside MCS garage they are now ignoring my phone calls.
I cannot stress enough how amazing their service has been! I went in for a very big job to be done to my car and they have absolutely went above and beyond to find a difficult part which other garages could not find for me. I had nearly lost all hope but MCS Garage sourced it! Everything was perfect, even the communication I've had throughout. A very big thank you to the Owner/Manger and his team for looking after me.
Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed and I will certainly be going there from now on for any future vehicle requirements.
Let me tell you about this garage… flawless. The service is impeccable. Standard is main dealer levels. I got body work done there and honestly I could not flaw it. The paint work was main dealer standard.
Brought my car in with dents in the door , They was able to repair the door and have it looking brand new , Very happy with the service. They kept me informed about what they was doing and worked to my deadline to get my car back to me .
I have never ever seen a garage as bad as this
Firstly my first ever visit there this particular techcian was smoking in side the garage .
We have given them our car to repair they had it for over 3 months and still can't fix it same excuses all time we are waiting for part's or its ready on Monday, when Monday arrives it be read Wednesday, Wednesday arrives it be ready Friday so onand on full of lies and excuses will be reporting them .
And stay well away from this garage
