Always been exceptionally helpful and any issues within my flat have been rectified quickly and efficiently. This evening Richard has even been out to me to let me in after I locked myself out and didn’t have access to my spare set. As a regulated property manager myself I was very wary when looking for a property to let, knowing too well the bad side of our industry, but I would highly recommend Alex McCarthy.
Drove 45 mins to view the property and upon arrival i had to call up and ask where the person showing us around was.
I was then told that the property has been sold and was given no warning whatsoever, very disappointed about organisation and being a first time buyer the experience as been shocking!
As a landlord with a property with Alex McCarthy, I can't praise them high enough. They have always gone the extra mile to help and are very professional dealing with us and the clients. They have to be so careful these days when letting properties and the clients must expect to provide all the relevant books and provide evidence they can afford these properties, that's there job, and they do it to the best of their ability, and as a landlord of many years standing with this company they are the best and I thoroughly recommend them.
The best agency around, most helpful team, kind and responsive. After dealing with agencies who will book you for viewings days after enquiries, Alex McCarthy agents managed to orginised everything on the same and the next day! Wonderful.
If not for them, I'd be put off the idea of buying a house.

Had a viewing booked for a property a week in advance drove 45 mins they never let me know a let had already been agreed, let us drive all the way there for no reason called up the office and they basically just told me what do I want them to do about it?! Very unprofessional
