Dropped the car off due to faulty brakes. Due to work, could only drop off / pickup outside of opening hours. Left the car and posted the key. George carried out the work and left the key with next door business for me to pickup the next evening. Was happy with the price and took the car away. Brakes still felt slightly off so George asked me to take the car back to him. He's sorted them free of charge and brakes now bang on. Very honest mechanic which is hard to find nowadays. And all of this without meeting him!
This place is trying to milk you, and use any, I mean any option to suck your money, took my car for MOT, they failed my car two times in one day, in different MOT numbers, OMg you should see what they added to failed the mot, some that even not existed. Not a fair garage to fix or do your MOT. Find a better place who at least don’t trying to milk you and take your money for NO REASON. So disappointed I’m sorry but worst place I ever been.
We broke down and George was incredibly helpful. He tried to help with recovery, opened up late so we could store the vehicle inside and very quickly fixed the vehicle the next day. I think the most important thing here is that they were honest with us. Given our circumstances they could have charged us anything they wanted, but they didn't and for that we are very grateful. Thanks for all your help.
This garage is best in Blackburn, only garage who will help you exsplain everything to you, honest, good price, I recommend anyone to them, absolutely brilliant, thank you guys,,
good specialist. reasonable prices.charges a little bit more than my local garage, but they never fit budget parts. well worth it to spend that little bit extra. recomend them.
