I can not put in to words how great Dan and his team are. Before I found Dan and his team, I had lost hope in finding a decent and honest car repair company. I originally tried to get my car fixed at a different car business, being charged a large sum of money for work I didn't need, and still having the same problem.
Dan is such a genuine and honest man. He quickly found the problem with my car and sorted out the problem straight away. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I am so grateful for his help. I will be recommending him to friends and family. If you need a car body repair shop, don't hesitate to use Max Bidwell & Sons, you won't be disappointed! Faith in humanity restored :)
Cant recommend this company too highly. Repaired a dent in my Skoda and it's not possible to see where it was. Due to public transport i was late going to collect the car and the main man stayed on until i arrived. Wouldn't take payment until i had approved the work and what a pleasant surprise to find the car had been washed. Would defiantly use this company again.
I have used this company several times in the last 20 or so years. Can’t recommend them highly enough, full of advice, explain the processes involved and always first class workmanship. They have just coloured matched first time, some front end respray work which another insurance approved body shop took 4 months 6 visits by me to find out what’s taking so long and i still ended up with a car two different shades of grey and missing trim. Will never go anywhere else.
Great work by the guys, came in with a bit of a dent and a rust hole and left with what looked brand new. Colour match on point too as its a rare colour and hard to match. Friendly good service, decent prices too, will be back. Before and after pics below

Took my Honda in for some work at Max Bidwells after a car park incident with a drink driver.
The guys were very professional and courteous even with me being as picky as I was.
Would definitely recommend them and will be returning for a few more bits.
They're very busy which I think says a lot for how well thought of Max and his staff are.
