Very pleasant staff and beautiful ice cream
Nice staff, owner needs to rethink presentation of foods. All foods served are on floppy paper plates and wooden cutlery. None of which can be recycled as they don't wash, put straight into bin. Staff informed me they use disposable plates, plastic glasses/tubs and wooden cutlery always! Not environmentally friendly at all! Disappointed by presentation as Newcastle is a top class cafe restaurant
Flat white coffee was probably the worst I have had. Scones were stale and only only toilet worked and it smelled awful. It’s the height of the season. Get it together folks. Too many other good places to give Maud’s another chance.
So went hear last night for some ice cream soooo sooo nice .
Staff friendly.
Clean tables very clean place ,menu fantastic for hot pizza too. They also doSlush puppies sweets donuts magnets. , Crepe, seating area upstairs too as well as downstairs. So if you are in Portrush definitely try to go hear for any nice grub.
Love all the flavors of the ice creams and always get good portions:)
Staff were friendly and helpful and it wasn't too busy when we visited so we were served quickly and were able to sit inside. Ice cream was delicious as always!
Friendly staff and hearty ice-cream, if you get what I mean! Upstairs has a stunning view from the main front window over the ocean and streets outside. Brilliant atmosphere and carries summer vibes.
Much as the ice cream is always delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful, the seating area was not clean. Tables and seats were not being cleaned after use.
