We recently used Montgomery solicitor's to sell our property.
Joshua took care of everything for us. It was a nice change to receive good service and for someone to actually ring you back when they say they will. Josh is a straight talking guy who tells you like it is, which is rare for solicitor's . The price we were quoted is the price we actually paid with no hidden extras sneaked on. We thoroughly recommend Montgomery solicitor's and will use them again in the future.
We have been customers at Matthew Montgomery & Co (my parents referred us) since we first bought a house in 2005.
Matthew is always a pleasure to deal with, and in more recent years Joshua has shown that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!

Avoid them like the plague...
they will lose your documents and blame everyone else for their incompetence ,we had to go to legal ombudsman!!!! as no respond from their side for months !
I do recommend that everyone should raise their complain to legal ombudsman.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Josh. I can not fault Matthew Montgomery’s one bit. Josh really has the attentive care and pride in his job to provide the best service for his clients.
I used Matthew Montgomery’s upon reading reviews on solicitors in my area, Josh’s name came up a lot so I requested him and he did not disappoint. He made my first time buy as smooth sailing as could be.
Unfortunately not all solicitors in my purchase provided a great service which made things difficult for me(external). However, Josh did everything he could to chase things up and give me all the advice I needed to ensure I would be in before Christmas. It was touch and go for a good few weeks, but I made it in. What a magical Christmas is was!
I thank everyone at Matthew Montgomery’s for all their efforts. Brilliant communication and good response times.
