8 of us inc young kids went last night to celebrate a birthday and the service, despite being busy was excellent. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The staff very accommodating and happy and chatty. Would definitely recommend:)
We staying over a caravan park and were on the look out for some delicious food after a long 300+ miles of journey. Found this one pretty close to our place so without a second thought we rushed as it was already 9pm and most of the restaurants were closed or about to. We got a warm welcome, they even told Kitchen closes 9:45 but we would wait till you enjoy your meal which is so kind of them. We ordered some tandoori king prawns, tandoori chicken and hara bhara kebab. Tabdoori’s were so delicious but not too much happy with hara bhara kebab as to me it was like omelette(never seen this before). For the mains we did some kulcha naan, garlic naan, chef’s special shylet chicken and chicken mosala and bhindi masala,they were all soo good specially the shylet chicken given with boiled egg. I would definitely recommend to someone at Maryport or near maryport and do try there kulcha naan that was awesome and for four people it was just £96 which I say it is cheap.
Great food it was quiet on a Wednesday night. Had the Tandoori Duck Madras which was nice.
Won't go to any other place. Had my dad's 80th there and it was busy but well organised. Lost count how many times we have been and we will be back
Took my dad out for an Indian. This place is a hidden gem! Very attentive staff. Excellent food. Massive portions! Very reasonably priced. Would highly reccomend & will definitely be going back!! Thank you Maryport Tandoori!!
I was pleasantly surprised to find a good quality tandoori place in Maryport. The restaurant is clean and kept well, the owner personally attended to us with great conversation. We love starters and order a selection with a suggested curry special from the menu. A great selection of food and drink
Amazing food and fantastic service. This place is a cut above the rest and we highly recommend a visit. Ali, the owner, is a wonderful host - nothing is too much trouble. We felt looked after, welcome and well fed. Thank you.
Absolutely Love this Indian Restaurant! It's a real treat for us when we go. The food is gorgeous and the staff are very friendly. Large portion sizes too so plenty to eat and then take home ????☺️
