Nous avons participé à l’atelier Dégustation de matcha samedi avant l’ouverture et avons beaucoup apprécié cette expérience. À 5 personnes il faut s’adapter à l’espace disponible mais la qualité des explications, des pâtisseries et du matcha ont vite fait oublier ce détail. Nous recommandons vivement !
A lovely Japanese tearoom in Lausanne, that made me feel like I traveled back to Japan. Apart from friendly and warm asmosphere, modern matcha latte here is quite original. Kurogoma Daifuku (Mochi with black sesami) was very good.
