Traditionsreiches Café für Schokoladenspezialitäten direkt in der Altstadt von Genf in einem wunderschön gestalteten historischen Gebäude untergebracht. Es gibt eine grosse Auswahl an Pralinen und feinen süssen Teilchen, sowie Kuchen. Kuchen und süsse Teilchen werden an der Theke bezahlt und mitgenommen. Kaffee kann am Platz bestellt werden. Das Café ist der richtige Ort für alle Schokoladenfans. Kaffespezialitäten liegen mit 6 CHF pro Tasse preislich im normalen Bereich für grössere Städte.
Absolut allerbeste Qualität an Patisserie und Schokolade.
Service im Café entsprach dem leider nicht. Am 21.05.19 meines Erachtens zu wenig Servicepersonal.

A chocolatier and cafe located near Place de la Madeleine in Geneva. I had some snacks here today and it was great. The pastries and cakes look and taste delicious and the pricing wasn't that too expensive. I went for a crab sandwich with a ham croissant and a black forest cake which cost CHF14. Overall good value food, highly recommended!

" Martel", la misma tiene su recorrido en Suiza desde 1818 con más de 200 años de historia.
A partir de 1860 se convirtió en un destino gastronómico tanto para los Ginebrinos como para los turistas de la Ciudad.
Destacó su chocolate y pastelería de excelentísima calidad en cuanto al sabor, frescura y presentación, comparadas con otras chocolaterias internacionales.
También ofrecen productos salados y se han expandido con un menú de desayuno y almuerzo que no he valorado, pero lo podes consumir en el mismo local con servicio en la mesa.
Beautiful cakes and chocolate but got a huff when I corrected my order after asking for 2 different types of cakes and receiving two of the same. I then asked for a small box for chocolates and to have a few of my selections and a couple of recommendations from the lady serving I then got told to wait because the other staff were busy and that other customers needed serving; which was fine for me but again a shrugged shouldered huff when I said I’ll wait to the side and let the customer behind me go first who then also huffed and walked out. I was being super quick but also just asked for the lady working to just throw in what she thought nice, no need for the attitude.
L’établissement est très sympathique avec une grand choix de pâtisseries sucrées et de mets salés. Les prix sont plutôt élevés mais en accord avec la DA de l’établissement qui est plutôt « fancy » en premier lieu. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique ainsi qu’à l’écoute ce qui est toujours agréable. Il n’y pas un grand choix de plats pour le midi mais les sandwich et panini sont bien service avec de la salade ce qui est une portion suffisante pour un repas selon moi.
Le club sandwich était très bon la tarte aussi je recommande vivement.
Nous avons passé un bon moment.
El mejor lugar de Ginebra para probar una buena tarta y el chocolate suizo. Cuesta elegir cual comer por la gran variedad de cosas dulces que hay. Todo es riquísimo y de excelente calidad. Lo mismo el cafe, muy rico y de buena calidad. La atención del personal de 10. La ambientación y decoración del lugar muy formal. Los precios acordes. Super recomendable
