We had such a good experience with Marshalls and cannot thank them enough for being so helpful throughout our purchase of our first home. They are very responsive, professional and easy to communicate with. Vicky and Sarah have been so lovely throughout and were always willing to help and answer any questions we had. Vicky showed me around the house on the very first viewing and has been with us throughout the whole process - it has been nice to have a familiar face/voice at the end of the phone. Thank you again!
We purchased a house via Marshalls and the service and professionalism we received was fantastic. Throughout the process Sarah helped us navigate a couple of obstacles and we benefited not just from the professional knowledge of Marshalls but also from the personal touch shown. We have just completed our house sale with Marshalls. Sarah dealt with it all. She was really professional, helpful and caring all the way through. We had a very long drawn out sale which fell through a couple of times, but Sarah was always on the end of the phone with encouraging words and lots of prospective buyers wanting to view.
I would definitely use Marshall’s again and can highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Marshalls. We have sold our house with them, and from first meeting it was obvious that Sarah was knowledgeable about the local housing market, professional, confident and level headed. This is exactly what you need when undertaking something as impactful as moving house.
