Been using for years, and so had the family. Great reputation and it’s deserved. Great mechanics, very honest and this usually means their prices for completed works are very competitive! Just wish they could fit my van on their premises too for servicing and MOT’s. Highly recommended.
Marsh are just brilliant! I started using them about 15 years ago as they quoted £26 for a broken dash board lid (which they fixed discretely with a bit of wire & glue I think?) rather than the Ford garage who quoted £326 as I needed ‘to replace the whole thing’. Practical, gentle and just absolutely know their stuff. Thank you for the peace of mind you give us! X
It has taken a while for me to find a good, honest and reasonably priced mechanic in St Albans. Was taking my vehicle to one on Hatfield Road for a time (won't mention names), and the car had some damage to it whilst at thier premesis. Marsh Motors are dependable, cost effective, always happy to explain what the fualt or problem is and fix it with upmost care. I'd highly reccomend them, and will be using them for all my car related issues in the future.
A brilliant local garage, honest, reliable, friendly and very good value. They don't try to make work for themselves but only do what's needed. If they find an issue you didn't know about, they'll call to discuss it before doing the job and they always stick to the price quoted. You may have to wait a while to get a slot, but that's because they have so many satisfied customers. So a big thank you to Dave and the team, keep up the good work!

We have used Marsh for over 10 years and they are always reasonable and helpful. With the first, very old car, we took to them they has sensible cost sensitive solutions to getting it to pass it's MOT. I hardly ever leave reviews but given the consistent excellent service we have had from Marsh I wanted to say thanks.
