Awful practice. Accused of making appointments and not turning up. I did make any appointments. When I tried to explain to the receptionist I was spoken down to and was told my children wouldn't been seen. I have now received a phone call from the manager barring me from the building and I nerd someone else to take my children. When I explained one of my children has a disability they will nerd me I was told to find another dentist if I do not find anyone else to take my children to their appointment or call nhs 111 if my children are in pain. Absolutel discusting service and will not let a mother be with her daughter who has autism and sealective mutism.
Amazing team, the lady dentist with the green eyes. My daughter loved her so much. Thank you ????
The practice was clean and the staff were welcoming and professional at all times. My dentist Saskia was reassuring and explained everything she was doing in a way that I could understand. She also gave me some self-care advice to implement into my routine. They organised my follow-up appointment with ease and I felt confident that my dental care would be excellent.
I asked to see a dentist here, they said they were booked out for 2 months, I asked if they knew of another dentist, and they said, “we are not allowed to tell you that”. Imagine if someone needed medical attention from a health centre and they said the same thing. Their concern was only for their business, not the health of the person. Absolutely appalling!!!
I had to get some emergency dental work done before my maternity exemption certificate ran out and Market Square Dental Surgery were amazing from start to finish. All of the staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to fit me in and make sure I had all of the work done that I needed (not just the work I knew I needed). All of the staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental surgery especially if you have a fear of the dentist. They were amazing.
I have been a patient at this practice for several years. I found dentists, receptionists and dental nurses very friendly and professional. I would like to thank all the staff particularly Dr.Ghambari who did an excellent work this week with patching etc.
Today as I was preparing myself for the extraction. I was told it was done, wow. No hassle and no pain and no rush in explaining procedures before and after treatments.
In short, if you want private dentist with NHS prices and caring staff, then Dr Ghambari is highly recommended.

My husband was a little late to an appointment we waited 3 weeks for. 15min at the most (usually always early). The appointment after my husband's was cancelled therefore the dentist just wanted to go home and was clearly looking for an excuse. We were told that he left already but after 5 min talking to the receptionist the dentist came down looking red faced and shocked to see us standing there. I was amazed. The receptionist made out she didn't know he was still there but there is only one exit.
The amount of times my husband has been waiting there due to people coming late for their appointments and we have never made an issue. It's clear to say we will never go back there again. I've spoken about this to other dentists and they find is shocking! No professionalism or care for the patient. My husband had a serious tooth infection and was on strong antibiotics and they knew this and clearly didn't care enough to see him :-( Extremely dissapointing.
I've recently had a fair bit of work done with a crown on an uncooperative tooth. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The dentist kept me informed of what was happening, why it was happening, was realistic about the outcome and, even when it felt like he was getting stuck in with a sledgehammer (he wasn't!) I felt reassured and in a safe pair of hands.
I've no complaints.
