How can a food establishment get away with service aweful food like this is beyond me.
Burger no taste, thin patty and over cooked bacon, bun not toasted. The coated skin on chips were the worst chips I have ever had.
Kids didn't eat their nuggets, hard and a weird taste, and my kids normally love nuggets.
Won't be coming back even if they paid me.
Steer clear if your hungry!
Ordered, honey glazed ham, chips and beans with two eggs. I got dried up crunchy ham with chips one egg peas and salad. Strangest meal I've had for a long time. Would not recommend, have alot of staff on but have no idea what any of them are doing food took over half an hour to recieve.
Visited the cafe after a couple of hours on the fun fair hoping to get something nice for lunch but found the menu quite limited.
We opted for the chicken burger (x2) which was very dry and had no flavour, one of our party had the beef burger which was overcooked and another had sausages which were also well overcooked.
It actually looked nice from the outside and pictures we had seen since it's refurb a few years ago made it attractive and it does look a nice place on the inside and the counter staff were friendly and polite but the food just isn't good and the chefs/kitchen staff just glare at you whilst your eating which is very off putting.
Will not be dining in there again, service was slow, food was not good at all,poached egg on toast, absolutely abysmal, STAY WAY

What has happened to this café. Used it before and was fabulous. Returned today to poor service, took forever to get served at the till. Toast was white more like bread. Changing the menu from breakfast to dinner ones over me while I was eating. Gormless staff with nothing about them. May have new tables but I think more training is needed. I don't think I will be here again.
Not to bad a visit. But mostly failing in the kitchen. Burned toast.orders wrong,missing items,lots of returned meal's. Also toilets are a right mess. Not just from customers use but out dated and in hygienic department. No toilet seats and very unclean. Couldn't get toilets paper out of two of the holders as they were jammed.they spent money doing the front up not a penny spent on toilet's. Front staff were ok and pleasant just need to update and get things in order.
I am very upset with the service I have received today, the staff were rude, one male came over to give us our drinks with an angry look on his face, looking like he wanted to kill us, we then was sat waiting over an hour and half for food, each one of our foods came half an hour after one another, when i told the member of staff that the rest of our food didn’t come she looked confused like we only ordered the one meal between four of us, she then brought out another meal and we still had to wait another hour for the other two meals, the member of staff took our receipts and didn’t give it us back which now we couldn’t get a refund on our order as the food was either over cooked or under cooked, and there was a hair inside of the food too which I think is unacceptable, I know the food was undercooked and over cooked because I am a chef for a cafe myself and if my team members treated customers this way it would be a different way around.
I am very upset and unhappy with the service today!
