Wife took car in with a blowing exhaust, no call to say how much or any other options they just rang to say it’s ready and it’ll be £150 plus the Vat , they welded old exhaust and said they saved her money as new cat would cost between 3-4 hundred , didn’t even get permission to do the work and when asked about why they didnt fit cheaper alternative he came up with excuses why , not happy will not go bk the wife feels she was robbed !!!
