I was debating two or three stars. I've been looking for a dentist for a while but I can't say I had the best experience. My first visit felt way too rushed. I wasn't offered scale and polish even though I paid for it (I shouldn't have to ask) and I clearly needed it, and my only question was given a completely different answer. Overall I didn't feel confident enough about their abilities and overall attention.
I got a next day appointment via 'urgent dental care' to look at a molar that was loose and very painful. The two receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The Dentist was very informative, easy to communicate with and recommended the molar be extracted. The extraction was quick and absolutely painless. I was so impressed I have now registered with them! Many thanks.
Phenomenal service, and great after care. They will post your prescriptions too if you need it. And they handle emergency visits as well. The ladies at reception are great at customer service and you will be looked after. Well done
Was referred for emergency appointment. The front desk was super helpful and patient. The dentist and her assistant were also very professional and made sure I was comfortable all through my session. So happy my husband and I came here that I have now registered my family same day! Overall it was a wonderful experience.
The dentist I saw today was very thorough and considerate. She gave me sound advice which I appreciated and was grateful for. I couldn't fault her. It was the first appointment with her and was very impressed.
Although I was late being invited into the consulting room I could see that everyone was very busy. Both dentist and dental nurse were welcoming. The dentist clearly explained the options for treatment and the charges involved. The treatment was swift and painless. All the administrative staff were pleasant. Thank you.
