Ordered my prescription in December and its still not ready. Spent 5 hours with the phone ringing and no answer so i went up to find people lining up over 30 years outside. What the hell is going off in that pharmacy?? It seems social media ticktock is more important than people's lives.
The doctors are even worse. Been ringing everyday since November and no answer.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Nhs is on its knees.
I’ve only given this pharmacy one star because it’s impossible to give zero. I went to collect my mums prescription today, got it home and they’d given her the wrong medication. The prescription was for pain relief and they’d given AND SIGNED OFF antidepressants!!!! My mum has lots of allergies and this in the worst case could have been fatal.
Mum rang up and was given attitude by a woman on the phone who expected her to take meds back …. If she could walk to take them back she wouldn’t be needing them to begin with … no one knows what they’re doing down there maybe because they spend too much time gossiping about another member of staff ( that was on collection this morning) so anyone can hear … I’m making a formal complaint this time as it’s NOT the first time !!!!!
Myself and 4 others stood outside on a Sunday morning at 10. We waited until 9 minutes past. And no one came.

Should stick to opening times some people travel some distance to an open pharmacy on a Sunday SHOCKING can't blame website your opening hours are on your door too
Shocking service , was on hold 50mins and no reply just closed chemist
Ringing all morning chasing a prescription that was supposed to be out for delivery yesterday . Nobody answered the phone all morning..Decided to go down after checking opening time on the website to be met with a locked door and a sign that they had closed 10 mins before. At least answer the phone if you are going to shut earlier than stated . No tablets now and a bank holiday...great!!
Excellent. My mom forgot one of her meds while we were on holiday & the staff sorted it out very quickly. Everybody was very friendly & accommodating
Marisco pharmacy is OK. The pharmacy deals with a lot of patients so I understand that sometimes the medication that is required may not be in stock until the next day. Some people ???? still may not understand this but that's there perogative.
