Fantastic Service, Generous Portions and Great Value for Money 3 Course Sunday Meal - didn't manage to take a picture of the main because it was devoured quickly lol
Can't fault it really. Excellent sirloin steak with very tasty fries, superb onion rings (made with real onions unlike many places!), excellent wine and delicious dessert. Staff were friendly and helpful. We've now eaten twice here in a week as we took the family here while they were staying in the hotel and everyone came away very satisfied. Nice, relaxing atmosphere, background music provided atmosphere without being too loud to have a conversation. We will be back!

I was really excited about this restaurant opening as I have visited the Birmingham MPW and was so impressed with the service and food. We booked a table for 4 a few weeks after it had opened. It was terrible!! We sat for a good 30 minutes without even a drink, let alone food! We then waited far too long for our main meals to arrive, which was hard to understand as there was only 2 other tables booked in the restaurant at the same time as us. When the food eventually came, it was completely tasteless, really disappointing, my young son commented that dad made a tastier pasta dish than the one he had! The actual atmosphere in the place was sadly lacking, the music felt like we were listening to a radio, one minute Nina Simone, then Wham! When I sent an email to complain, the manager offered me a free glass of wine, which after spending in excess of £100, I found quite insulting. We wont be going back!
